He’s absolutely right in that not everyone is on a dating site, but certainly almost everyone is on facebook. What I like about this service is that you already have a reference, and one of your “friends” already knows that person. But what I don’t like is that it really limits you to the people that are pretty much within your social network already. Everyone I met online dating, there’s no way I would have met them through Thread.

Patrick Swayze

I’ll always remember him from “Dirty Dancing” of course.  But then also, who can forget his memorable scene from Saturday Night Live when he battled with Chris Farley to see who would be the next Chippendale.

Swayze was in such great shape – it’s scary how cancer can affect anyone.  It’s just a reminder that life is short and we need to appreciate everything we have for the time that we have here.  With that in mind, enjoy the famous skit…
